We the duly elected members of the Camposol Resident's Association (CRA) Central Liaison Committee seek to achieve the following for and on behalf of the Urbanización Camposol.

Certificates of Habitation

Recognising that to achieve these the Local Authority have said that the following must be completed before certificates can be granted, although we are well aware that the Certificate of Habitation relates to the property and not to the infrastructure.

Landscaping of all open areas
All roads, kerbs and footpaths completed to a satisfactory standard
All street lighting working to a satisfactory standard
Street name signs on all Sectors

Following is a list of the committee's priorities for action, plus any recommendations arising from our Lawyers Report, or issues as they arise, affecting the l of our neighbours on Camposol.

Medical Centre
Dispensing Farmacia
Ambulance Station
Police presence 24/7
Mini Commercial Centre on Sector D
Post Box security
Official postal service to all Sectors provided by Correos
Taxi Rank - Bus Service
Telefonica/Movistar/Internet services to all Sectors
Community Centre
Weekly Camposol Market
Tabacos
Lottery Shop

We believe that if most of the above were achieved then Urbanización Camposol would become an even more desirable place to live, it would raise the value of all properties within the Urbanización, which would benefit all owners. This would also benefit business interests linked to Urbanización Camposol which would become a role model for other urbanizaciónes throughout the region.

It is vital that the time, energy, enthusiasm and experience of all Camposolers should be harnessed to the achievement of the above ends. This is what this committee stands for. However it is equally important to state that we are against a divided Sectional Urbanización Camposol!

That being said, Urbanización Camposol has priorities which have been in existence for ten years and we still lack some basic amenities. On a daily basis money pours out of Camposol to the surrounding area and Mazarrón Town Hall, but it is almost impossible to identify any direct benefit to the owners, residents and long term renters of our Urbanización. We need to achieve that which we are entitled to by Spanish and European Law.

We also stand for a real working relationship between the CRA, Mazarrón Town Hall and Masa.

We are totally opposed to any attempt to impose a management agency or worse on Urbanización Camposol without open and exhaustive discussion and debate.
